Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client vision and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes
- Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and technical specifications
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and code compliance reviews
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice
- New York State Architectural License (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
