Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation for mixed-use and high-rise projects
- Manage BIM workflows and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for urban regeneration projects
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence and code compliance
- Present design proposals to clients and municipal authorities
- Integrate sustainable strategies (LEED WELL) into all project phases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect (NY license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex urban design solutions
- Experience with NYC zoning and building codes
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Certification in sustainable design principles preferred
