Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Conduct client consultations and translate vision into actionable design strategies
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop material palettes and specifications that balance aesthetics and functionality
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional architectural design experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative residential/commercial projects
- Deep understanding of NYC zoning regulations and construction practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and client communication skills
- Passion for sustainable design and emerging technologies
