Responsibilities
- Lead design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines for $50M+ developments
- Coordinate MEP and structural engineering teams
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and portfolio guidance
- Present concepts to municipal planning boards and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and LEED standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-rise/residential design
- New York State Architectural License (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape
- Portfolio demonstrating complex BIM execution
- Experience with NYC DOB submission processes
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
