Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development and construction documentation for high-profile residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with interior design teams to ensure seamless spatial integration and material harmony
- Manage client relationships and project timelines while maintaining design excellence
- Conduct site analysis and produce detailed architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants to resolve technical challenges
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to maintain studio standards
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design practices to innovate project solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design with portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- New York State Architectural License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainable design principles and building codes
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and technical detailing abilities
