Responsibilities
- Lead schematic design and construction documentation for high-profile projects
- Collaborate with interior designers to ensure cohesive spatial narratives
- Develop 3D renderings and BIM models using Revit and Rhino
- Manage client presentations and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning commercial/residential projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning regulations
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion
- Exceptional problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills
