Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design development process for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and high-fidelity visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate closely with construction teams to ensure design integrity on-site.
- Present complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive visual storytelling.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, planning permissions, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Architectural Designer or similar role in a reputable architecture firm.
- Valid RIBA Part 3 qualification or equivalent professional registration (ARB/RIBA).
- Mastery of BIM software (Revit) and architectural design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and material specifications.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural styles and a commitment to sustainability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
