Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED/Sustainable Design standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Mentor junior designers and conduct technical reviews
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in high-rise/mixed-use development
- NYC architectural license (RA) required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative materiality and spatial solutions
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
