Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop innovative design solutions addressing urban density challenges
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and urban planners
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, ADA standards, and building codes
- Present design concepts to clients and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in urban architectural projects
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale urban design expertise
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
- Proven client relationship management skills
