Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and documentation phases for large-scale architectural projects.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare compelling project presentations for high-profile clients.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Manage the BIM workflow, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
- Mentor junior staff and review technical drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and aesthetic quality.
- Oversee the project timeline and budget during construction administration.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
- Registered Architect (AIA) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design skills and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
