The Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the entire architectural lifecycle, from initial concept sketches to construction administration. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and planning authorities to deliver projects that are not only visually stunning but environmentally responsible.

Responsibilities
- Lead Design Direction: Drive the creative vision for projects, ensuring designs meet client aspirations and technical standards.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion.
- Technical Leadership: Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and managing expectations throughout the process.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building regulations, planning laws, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).
- Team Supervision: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural and MEP engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Fully qualified and registered with the RIBA (RIBA Chartered Status) or equivalent professional body.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Passion: A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for sustainable design and modern architectural trends.
