In this pivotal position, you will oversee the entire architectural lifecycle, from initial concept sketches to construction administration. Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Direction: Drive the creative vision for projects, ensuring designs meet client aspirations and technical standards.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion.
  • Technical Leadership: Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building regulations, planning laws, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Registration: Fully qualified and registered with the RIBA (RIBA Chartered Status) or equivalent professional body.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design.
