The Role: In this key position, you will lead high-profile projects from conception through to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver award-winning designs that meet the highest standards of sustainability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including site visits, feasibility studies, design development, and construction administration.
- Conduct technical assessments to ensure compliance with building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative studio culture.
- Prepare and present design proposals, technical drawings, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP engineers, and contractors during the construction phase to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) and registered with the ARB.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in residential, commercial, or mixed-use architecture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design and complex project delivery.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
