Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning research to inform innovative design solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the technical workflow, mentoring junior architects and interns to foster professional growth.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience of 5+ years in architectural design and project management.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of building systems, structural principles, and construction methods.
- LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
