In this role, you will lead high-profile projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to push the boundaries of modern architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, and construction documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability regulations.
- Mentor and train junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture License (AIA) required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino).
- Strong command of design software including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Experience with LEED certification processes and sustainable design principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
