Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of commercial and residential architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and present design concepts to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate closely with MEP engineers, structural engineers, and interior designers to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Create high-quality construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and renderings.
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an accredited program.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in a corporate or multi-disciplinary firm.
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of architectural styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas clearly.
