Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from initial concept to detailed construction documentation.
- Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and progress updates effectively.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the technical detailing and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, Interior).
- Mentor junior architects and CAD technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site design issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field (RIBA Part 3 qualified).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical competence and design innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Full UK work authorization is essential.
