Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from initial concept to detailed construction documentation.
• Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and progress updates effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee the technical detailing and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, Interior).
• Mentor junior architects and CAD technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site design issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field (RIBA Part 3 qualified).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical competence and design innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Full UK work authorization is essential.
