As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile residential and commercial projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision: Drive the design process from concept development and schematic design through to construction documentation and administration.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their vision into technical realities and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance studio culture.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior designers to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local building regulations, zoning laws, and RIBA standards.
Qualifications
- Education: RIBA Part 3 qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a leading architectural practice.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
