Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development and schematic design through to construction documentation and final delivery.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction to ensure compliance with design intent and building regulations.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively articulating the vision and rationale.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Ensure all projects adhere to sustainability standards and regulatory codes (Building Regulations, Planning Permission).
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as an Architect (RIBA Part 3 or equivalent) and eligibility for registration with the ARB.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and traditional CAD (AutoCAD) and rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or Twinmotion).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects and design capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
