Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation and project delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and design assistants, providing technical guidance and creative direction.
- Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and consultants to integrate multi-disciplinary solutions.
- Present design concepts and technical proposals to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, planning permissions, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (RIBA Part 3 or equivalent) and full registration with the ARB.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably within a leading practice.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- A robust portfolio showcasing innovative residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of sustainable building practices and modern construction methods.
