Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural delivery for commercial and mixed-use landmark projects
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with sustainability certifications (BREEAM/LEED)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, urban planners, and sustainability consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets from concept to completion
- Mentor junior architects and drive design excellence through technical reviews
- Stay current with UK building regulations and global architectural trends
Qualifications
- RIBA Part III qualified with 8+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven portfolio delivering £50M+ commercial or cultural projects
- Mastery of Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Detailed knowledge of UK planning frameworks and construction methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for client pitches and planning committees
- Postgraduate degree in Sustainable Architecture preferred
- Experience with heritage-sensitive urban regeneration projects
