Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from conceptualization to execution
- Develop detailed architectural plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, clients)
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards (LEED/WELL)
- Mentor junior designers and drive design innovation workshops
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
- Present design concepts to high-profile stakeholders and secure approvals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative spatial solutions and material expertise
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Experience with luxury hospitality or mixed-use developments
