Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards.
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure technical feasibility and code compliance.
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to high-profile clients.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to optimize space utilization and sustainability.
- Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design, preferably in a major metropolitan area.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and/or commercial projects.
- Licensed Architect (AIA) or Interior Designer (NCIDQ) designation is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
