We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of world-class residential and commercial projects in the heart of London. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical reality, guiding projects from initial sketches through to final delivery, ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design process, from concept development and schematic design through to construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress, ensuring design intent is realized on-site.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate closely with interior design teams, MEP engineers, and consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and managing feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, fire safety codes, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Interior Designer (minimum 5+ years in a leading UK firm).
- Recognized qualification (RIBA Part 3, ARB, or equivalent).
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and/or commercial projects.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license.
