Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of architectural and interior spaces from initial sketches to final construction documentation.
- Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently in collaboration with the project team.
- Present design concepts and technical proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to the studio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local Singapore building codes and sustainability standards.
