Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare high-quality technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure strict adherence to design intent and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Develop detailed specifications and material selections that align with the project vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (RICS or RIBA accredited).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in high-end residential or commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit), CAD, and rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural detailing and interior design sensibility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to clients.
- Chartered status (ARB/RIBA) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
