Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural and interior design process, from initial concept and schematic design to construction documentation and final delivery.
- Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and photorealistic renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct thorough site visits, manage contractor coordination, and oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity is strictly maintained.
- Ensure all design solutions strictly comply with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and local by-laws.
- Prepare compelling project proposals, tenders, and client presentations to win new business and retain existing clients.
- Mentor junior designers and architects, conducting regular design reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, or hospitality projects in Singapore.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect registration (if applicable in Singapore).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
