Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural and interior design process, from conceptualization to final construction documentation.
- Develop innovative design concepts and high-fidelity 3D visualizations for client presentations and stakeholder approvals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction progress and ensure strict adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architecture or interior design, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a high level of design capability and technical skill.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (Employment Pass or S Pass) is mandatory.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
