Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect & Interior Designer to join our elite team at Lumina Studio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end architectural and interior design projects that define modern living standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from conceptualization and schematic design to construction documentation and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully realized.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Curate and select materials, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project's aesthetic vision and sustainability goals.
- Prepare and present compelling design proposals and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the studio's design standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential and commercial projects.
- Professional degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license in Singapore is highly preferred.
