Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design process, from conceptual sketches to final construction documentation.
- Oversee the interior design elements, ensuring spatial harmony and aesthetic consistency with the architectural vision.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in collaboration with project managers and clients.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction to ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D renderings, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in Singapore or the region.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects (Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use).
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (BCA Green Mark).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
