As a Senior Architect at Vertex, you will lead high-profile projects from conception through construction administration, ensuring that our vision translates into reality. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Utilize advanced BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) to produce high-quality technical drawings and models.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and time constraints.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure code compliance and design intent.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch required).
- 5+ years of professional experience in commercial or high-rise architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients effectively.
- LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is a plus.
