Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality visualizations and detailed documentation.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and design interns, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and civil engineers.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Utilize advanced BIM software (Revit, Rhino) to drive project efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Professional Architectural License (AIA) or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of complex projects and technical skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively.
- LEED AP certification is a strong plus.
