Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets
- mentor junior architects on BIM workflows
- Ensure compliance with IBC and California building codes
- Develop sustainable design strategies targeting LEED Platinum
- Present concepts to municipal review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/residential design
- CA Architect license required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Experience with urban infill developments
- Strong presentation and client management skills
