Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Develop sustainable design solutions compliant with LEED standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, urban planning)
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Present concepts to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Stay current with emerging architectural technologies and trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- LEED AP certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- New York State architectural license
- Strong portfolio showcasing sustainable design expertise
