Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop and refine architectural solutions using BIM technology (Revit)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, landscape)
- Manage client relationships and project timelines/budgets
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with ADA, LEED, and local building codes
- Present concepts to stakeholders and secure approvals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensure as Registered Architect in Illinois
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio highlighting sustainable design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
