Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction administration.
- Develop detailed design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and sections using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, securing approval for design phases.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns on technical and design skills.
Qualifications
- Professional Architectural License (AIA) required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and design excellence.
- Experience with LEED certification and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
