Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams from conception to completion
- Integrate sustainable design principles and LEED certification requirements
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior architects and develop design excellence standards
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Prepare project proposals and manage budgets
Qualifications
- Professional Architect License (NY State) required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- Proven portfolio of award-winning projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
