Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Manage project teams and coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and ADA regulations
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions targeting LEED Platinum certification
- Present design concepts to clients, municipal boards, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and interns through design reviews and portfolio guidance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- New York State Architect License (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex urban design solutions
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
