Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams through all phases from concept to completion
- Integrate sustainable design principles and building codes into architectural solutions
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor junior architects and interns while maintaining design quality standards
- Develop compelling presentations and visualizations for client pitches and design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice with portfolio emphasis
- Registered Architect (RA) license in New York State
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from schematic design to construction
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning regulations and building codes
- Exceptional conceptual design skills and technical detailing expertise
