Responsibilities
- Lead design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Present design proposals to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience
- NYS Architect license required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
