Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, landscape)
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance
- Present designs to stakeholders and community boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional architecture experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- New York State architectural license
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
- Experience with BIM coordination and parametric design
