Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade engineering consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $50M
- Conduct site analysis and zoning compliance reviews
- Mentor junior architects and design interns
- Present design concepts to municipal review boards
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and sustainability protocols
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (NY State) required
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Proven portfolio of large-scale urban projects
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and Zoning Resolution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
