Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Manage project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors)
- Develop innovative architectural solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban environments
- Mentor junior architects and drive firm-wide design excellence standards
- Secure regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with NYC building codes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-profile architectural projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape rendering tools
- Proven track record of managing projects over $50M in construction value
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design and technical execution
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and public hearings
