Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through construction documentation phases
- Manage BIM workflows using Revit and Rhino for complex building systems
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural and MEP engineers
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and LEED/Sustainable Design standards
- Present design solutions to high-profile clients and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior architects on technical execution and design excellence
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for mixed-use developments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ construction projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex building systems and material innovation
- Familiarity with NYC DOB submission processes and UL/ASTM standards
