Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for high-profile projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams from concept to completion
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM workflows
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants (structural, MEP, landscape)
- Mentor junior architects and ensure design excellence
- Present design solutions to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensed architect (NCARB certification required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating mixed-use and urban design expertise
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Chicago building codes and zoning
