Responsibilities
- Lead design development for high-profile commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate structural MEP systems and ensure compliance with building codes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines through all phases
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Develop construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues
- Research and implement sustainable design strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- NY State Architect license required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with large-scale urban development projects
