Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural project delivery from concept to completion
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding £5M
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and urban planners
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and BREEAM standards
- Mentor junior architects and drive technical excellence
- Present designs to stakeholders and planning authorities
Qualifications
- Part III qualified architect with RIBA accreditation
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in high-profile projects
- Proven expertise in sustainable design and BIM technologies
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex urban regeneration work
- Exceptional Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Experience navigating London's planning approval processes
- Collaborative leadership with excellent communication skills
