Responsibilities
- Lead complex architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, clients, contractors)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Mentor junior architects and ensure design quality standards
- Stay current with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Licensed Architect (Illinois) with NCARB certification
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and client management skills
