Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project stakeholders
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Present designs to municipal review boards
- Oversee construction administration and site coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in commercial/residential architecture
- New York State architectural license (RA)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex urban projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
- Experience with BIM coordination workflows
