Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to construction documentation
- Develop innovative solutions for complex commercial and mixed-use projects
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards (LEED/AP)
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and client relationships
- Research emerging materials and construction technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in high-profile commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning projects
- New York State architectural license mandatory
- Experience leading teams of 5+ architects
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills
