Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and high-rise projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams while ensuring design excellence
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM technologies into project workflows
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Mentor junior architects and support professional development initiatives
- Present design concepts to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experience
- NY State Architect license required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- Experience leading projects over $50M in construction value
